How is Your Pain?

Do you Understand Pain?

My Pain Symptoms are What and Why?

Are Your Pain Symptoms Easy / Hard to Describe?

The intensity of the pain may also change from day to day. Some chronic pain sufferers describe their pain as:

  • Tender
  • Pins and Needles
  • Aching
  • Deep
  • Shooting
  • Radiating
  • Dull
  • Continuous

Life can be frustrating for those who have chronic pain. We know that It’s not easy.

Like you --Many people with chronic pain conditions (pain lasting more than 6 months) have a problem to accurately describe their pain to their doctors.

The pain may be simultaneously located in multiple areas: Where is your pain located?

  • Pain above the waist such as upper back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, chest pain, head pain
  • Pain below the waist such as lower back pain, hip joint pain, buttock pain, leg pain, and foot pain
  • Right side Pain
  • Left side Pain
  • Paiful in between upper and lower
  • Joint pain

This can be frustrated and it is especially true if they don’t know the source of the pain. Why do you have pain? Pathogens cause pain. Parasites cause pain. Toxins cause pain.

You may have Pains that rove around. The pain moves around. Or it may seem like the pain is all over.
